„The United States maintains close partnerships with NGOs all over the world, helping to support a healthy environment for civil society as an active and engaged civil society in a democratic society is a priority for the U.S. government. We believe groups like the Carpathian Foundation-Hungary play a critical function in a healthy democracy.”
