"Bridges to work" program in Antwerp

Between 16-21 October, 2011 Anikó Magyar (program coordinator) and Daniel Krámos (volunteer of the Foundation) participated on the "Bridges to Work" conference, seminar and training series in Antwerp (Belgium). The event was organized by the SALTO-YOUTH Center. In all from all over Europe 94 unemployed young people with their accompanies (mentors, "coaches") and other representatives (employers, experts)  were attended.
The programs have generally taken place in two groups: young people and coaches. The youngs knew each other with exercises, interactive tasks, while the coaches discussed the main features, data, common points, similarities and differences of the unemployment in their countries; and presented, introduced their own programs, good practices.
In the frame of  the international conferences among others Nial O'Higgins professor from the University of Salerno spoke about the EU unemployment rate of young people, and Ms. Madi Sharma (Indian businesswoman living in England) introduced her successful social enterprise.
