EUROIRSE – A new European study to identify and analyse the best practices and strengths of the industrial relations of self-employed workers: representation beyond administration, the possible leadership of SME

International conference (Rome, 26th October, 2012) closed the Italian organization, FELSA CISL’s project, called EUROIRSE, supported by the European Committee. In the frame of the project a study made about the aspects of self-employment and best practices.
 
The Carpathian Foundation accomplished the project in partnership with 8 countries’ (Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland, Spain, Greece, France and Italy) Research Centres, non-profit organizations and trade unions of self-employed. The project trended to the examination of market relations and aspects of self-employed. The Carpathian Foundation examined self-employment as a convergence possibility of people in marginalized situation and social groups.
 
On the closing conference, organized in Rome European experts consulted about the best practices of self-employees’ situation, rights, representation of interest, and successful initiatives of advocacy. On the conference the study made in the project was presented - Study about the identification and analysis of the best practice in industrial relations of self-employed in Europe.
